Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2/3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via AVA Express. TThe shipment of the motorcycles has a variable price according to the weight / volume of the same ones; also if they keep Lithium battery (because it is dangerous cargo.) The cost of shipping is paid per unit.

Shipping fees of packages include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for the damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do everything possible to protect all fragile items.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

The return costs will be assumed by the customer.
